PRIVACY POLICY
What we do with your information.
Short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it only to reply and to keep our promises to you, and we never sell it. The longer version is below.
1. Who we are
Pearls of Grace Ministries is the data controller for the information described here. If you have any question about your data, or want it corrected or deleted, write to us using the contact form and say so plainly — you do not need to give a reason.
2. What we collect
Only what you give us. If you fill in our contact form we receive your name, your email address, the subject you selected and whatever you write in the message. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers or third-party pixels on this site.
3. Why we hold it
To reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation so that the next person who picks it up knows what was already said. If you become a sponsor or partner we keep the details needed to administer your giving and to report back to you on it.
4. Who sees it
Our own staff and trustees, and only those who need to. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with other organisations for their own purposes. Where a service provider handles data on our behalf — for example email hosting — they act on our instructions only.
5. Sensitive disclosures
If you contact us because you need help, or to raise a safeguarding concern, what you tell us is treated as confidential. We will only pass it on where we are legally obliged to, or where a person is at risk of serious harm, and we will tell you if we have to do that unless doing so would increase the risk.
6. Stories and photographs
We never publish anyone’s story, name or photograph without their explicit permission, and permission can be withdrawn at any time. For children, we require the consent of a parent or guardian as well.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted once the conversation is finished. Records relating to giving, safeguarding and governance are kept for as long as the law requires and no longer.
8. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Tell us and we will act on it. If you are in the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page. Material changes will be dated here so you can see what changed and when.
